Shipping and Handling Policy |

We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most orders the same or next day after receipt. If your order cannot be shipped within seven days after your order is confirmed, Volleyball Market will notify you by e-mail. For rush orders or stock inquiries, please call our Customer Care department toll free at 1-866-999-3004.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we accept and process orders around the clock, orders placed after 11:30 am PDT on Friday's cannot begin shipping until the following Tuesday! Orders placed during the weekend period (Friday afternoon through Monday) will ship in the order received beginning Tuesday.
To expedite orders, we sometimes ship from multiple locations. As a result, items ordered together are not necessarily billed and shipped in the same box or together. However, shipping charges will not be affected by split orders. |

| Domestic Shipping and Handling |
|

We ship most of our orders via USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. Orders weighing under two pounds may be switched to USPS unless specifically noted on your order in the Special Notes Box. Backordered items that are not shipped with their original order will be shipped via our choice of ground transportation. The vast majority of orders will arrive within 2-5 days of shipment. |

| Does my Package require a signature? |
|
|
Most packages under $500 do not require a signature at the time of delivery. Packages will be left at the delivery address requested. Please be sure that this is a safe and secure environment. Volleyball Market assumes no responsibility once delivery is shown by the carrier.
With any order over $500, an adult at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. Please remember to ship your order to an address that will you will be able to sign for your package. |

| Drop Shipments and Back Orders |
|
|
Most items will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse located in Huntington Beach, CA. At our discretion we may have one or more of your items shipped to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer (a process known as "drop‑shipping"). We will make every attempt to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, in the unlikely event that an item is in short supply, either due to an unusual/unanticipated increase in demand or production problems at the manufacturer level, one or more items in your order may be backordered. We will notify you via email of the estimated shipping date of the backordered item(s). |

Domestic Expedited Shipping: |

We do our very best to ship all orders the same day, however even orders that are shipped FEDEX "Priority" or "Express" are still subject to internal order processing and fulfillment. Delays may result due to heavy volume during holiday or peak seasons. If you absolutely must have your order on a specific date, please call our Customer care Department toll free at 1-866-999-3004. Remember, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday cannot ship until the following Tuesday.
Expedited orders placed before 12:01pm (noon) Pacific Time will begin shipping the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12:01pm Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day . Express Mail orders placed after 10:00am Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day. |

| Oversized Items |
|
Some items due to the product size or shipping requirements may have an additional handling fee. If an item is subject to an additional handling fee it is noted when you add the item to the shopping cart. These charges are in addition shipping charges that will appear on your order. Additional Handling fees listed are valid for the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and expedited shipping are slightly higher. If additional handling fees are required, they will be applied at the time of shipping and appear as a separate charge on your credit card. If you are placing an order over the phone, our Customer Service Representative will let you know if an item you are ordering has an additional handling fee. Oversize charges may apply to products shipped via FedEx (ground or air) based on the size of the package. Effective January 1, 2007, FedEx has changed how they calculate oversized shipping costs. Any box shipped via FedEx that that is larger than 3 cubic feet in size will be charged shipping costs based on its dimensional weight rather than the actual weight of the package.

| Common Carrier (Truck Freight) Shipping |
|
Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside. The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Truck items must be shipped to a Commercial Address. Orders placed with a residential address will be delayed pending contact and new address verification.
- Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.
- The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.
- Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck and carry it inside.
- The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:
- Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Care Representative immediately by calling 1-866-999-3004. Please have your order number available when you call.
- If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Care Representative immediately by calling 1-866-999-3004. Please have your order number available when you call.
