Return Merchandise Form - Please PRINT and submit with your return.


If for any reason a regular product does not fulfill your expectations, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price.Just complete the return form and enclose it with your return.For your protection, please ship all items via a traceable service such as Federal Express, Priority Mail, UPS, etc.

  1. Fill in the item number and a brief description of the product you are returning including size and color.

  2. Enter a return code to explain the reason for your return.

  3. Enter an action code to tell us what you would like to do.

  4. If you would like to exchange the item, please complete the exchange column.Be sure to enter the items size and color in the description column.

  5. Exchanges that exceed the returned items purchase price will be charged to the credit card on file.New shipping charges will incur with exchanges. Payment must be enclosed for orders originally paid via Paypal.

  6. Be sure to include your email address and/or a daytime phone number in case we have any questions.

  7. We will gladly exchange/credit items that have not been worn and are in New, Store Bought Condition with Original packaging.We recommend that you try on shoes on a carpeted area to determine if they fit correctly.

  8. Items returned after 40 days for refund or credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), miscellaneous parts and accessories. Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box. Any item returned incomplete or with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.

  9. If you received an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 5 days so that it may be corrected immediately.The Volleyball Market is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered.

  10. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returned items (unless we shipped your item in error).USED or SOILED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.Custom clothing or decorated products are non-returnable.

  11. Clearance/Closeout items are non-refundable and will be issued store credit in the form of an exchange or gift certificate.If no exchange is indicated, then an electronic gift certificate will be issued via email.Clearance items must be postmarked for return within 10 business day of shipping date.Clearance items postmarked after the 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
