You can email us the link to the competitors price at, or you can print it out and fax it to us at 714-622-2743. (Not valid on closeout, clearance, special sale, custom or discontinued items).

*The Fine Print: In order to be sure that we are playing on a level playing field we may require 1) a written quotation, 2) that the items quoted for price matching are in stock at the dealer. Unless those qualifications are in place it may not be comparing “apples to apples” and we may not beat the competitors prices. Further, if we are applying any type of rebate or special discount program to your order the value of that program will be deducted from our pricing before comparison to competitor pricing.

If your new shoes don't fit just right, give us a call Toll Free at 800-543-0060. We will ship you the correct size just as soon as! Return shipping is also absolutely free. We can provide you with a pre-paid UPS, FedEx or USPS shipping label to return the shoes to us, or if you prefer, we will credit the return shipping cost (up to $7.00) to you…how's that for easy?  Shoes must be in “new condition” and in the original box. *(Available in continental USA and on current inline shoes only. Not valid on clearance shoes or team sales). Not valid if shoes are returned without exchange. 



Free Sample Express Service for Teams*

Volleyball Market provides FREE samples of our teamwear to coaches or team representatives! You must provide a valid credit card (which we will authorize, not charge) to initiate the request. Upon receipt you will have 21 days to check out the sample(s), feel the fabric and try it on for sizing! Be aware though, to maintain the "free" status you must return it to us in clean "like new" condition with all tags still attached. The sample(s) are due back in our hands on or before the 21st day after receipt. If returned within 21 days there will be no charge for the samples or the freight cost to you...that's right, FREE. Of course you are responsible for the freight cost back to us. If the sample(s) are not returned to us in clean "like new" condition on or before the due date, your credit card will be charged the full retail cost of the sample(s) plus the freight cost both ways.  

14 Day Price Protection

If we lower the price on any item within 14 days of your purchase, upon request, we will promptly refund or credit the difference to you. (Not valid on "Today's Hot Deals" or "This Week's Specials")  
Should a typographical error occur in price, we reserve the right to correct it. While we portray our products as accurately as possible, colors may not be quite true due to the display technology of the computer monitor.  
  • Credit Cards - Volleyball Market currently accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped.
  • PayPal - If you have a PayPal Account you may utilize it to process your payment.
  • Purchase Orders - If you would like to set up a Purchase Order account, please email or give us a call toll free at 800-543-0060.  After an account has been established, orders can be faxed to 714-890-6009.
  • Please Note- Volleyball Market must collect sales tax for orders shipped to all California addresses.


If you decide to return merchandise for any reason (within 40 days) please follow these 3 easy steps to expedite your credit or exchange:  
  1. Give us a call toll free and request a Return Authorization number. 
  2. When you call, give us the shipping address, name under which the order was placed, and approximate order date.
  3. Pack the merchandise securely (shoe boxes must be packed within another box) and return it to us via the Postal Service. No returns will be accepted C.O.D. or freight collect.
Clearance items are non-refundable and will be issued store credit only in the form of an exchange or gift certificate.  "Just Right Fit" guarantee does not apply to clearance shoes.  
If you are exchanging the merchandise or making a return within 40 days, because of a defective product, or because we made an error in shipping, Volleyball Market will be responsible for the shipping charges. Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping charges.
